Sandra Arnold – Patient Coordinator
Sandra joined Ricci Orthodontics as one of our patient coordinators in June of 2005. She worked for a general surgery office in a similar role for over seven years before deciding that she needed a change. She will help guide you comfortably through the new patient experience as well as your time spent in treatment. She will not only schedule your appointments but will assist with the financial and insurance aspects of treatment as well. Sandra enjoys being around people and excels at making them feel comfortable.
Sandra was born and raised in the Atlanta area. She graduated from North Fulton High School before attending college at Auburn University. She currently lives in Alpharetta, and has children living in both Berkeley Lake and Kennesaw. Her children and grandchildren have been under Dr Ricci’s care in the past and present. Sandra enjoys being outside doing yard work, walking or spending time in lake-related activities with her family.
Jennifer Kersh – Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer joined Ricci Orthodontics as our treatment coordinator in June of 2005. She came to us with over seven years of both clinical and front office orthodontic experience. She will help guide you comfortably through the new patient experience as well as your time spent in treatment. She will handle your financial and insurance aspects of treatment as well as helping to schedule your appointments.
Jennifer was born in the Atlanta area and graduated from West Hall High School in Oakwood before attending Gainesville College. She played both basketball and softball while in school. She currently resides in Flowery Branch with her husband, Dusty, and her son, Boston. She enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.
Shayne Floyd – Clinical Assistant
Shayne is our head clinical assistant and has been with Ricci Orthodontics since 2003. While working under the guidance of Dr. Ricci, Shayne will perform many tasks on patients during your adjustment visits. She also has the added responsibility of training our newer clinical assistants and ensuring that the office meets or exceeds all of the OSHA and sterilization regulations for both patient and staff safety. Shayne has proven herself to be an excellent leader and a great assistant. Shayne entered the orthodontic field because she enjoys interacting with patients during their journey to a straighter and healthier smile.
Shayne graduated from Meadowcreek High School in Norcross before attending the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting. She currently lives in Alpharetta with her husband, Brent; two sons, Blake and Chase; daughter, Madison; and two active dogs. Shayne and her three children have been under Dr. Ricci’s care in the past and present. She is frequently spotted around town cheering on her children at their various Chattahoochee sporting activities. Shayne enjoys scrapbooking in what little spare time she can find.
Melissa Lewis – Clinical Assistant
Melissa joined our clinical assisting team in the fall of 2006. While working under the guidance of Dr. Ricci, she will perform many tasks on patients during your adjustment visits. She has proven herself to be a very capable and dependable assistant.
Melissa was born and raised in the Atlanta area. She was home-schooled through the 12th grade before attending the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting. Some of her favorite activities include hiking in the north Georgia mountains, reading, playing the piano, and spending time with her loving parents, sister and three brothers. She is also actively involved with her community church.
